1. Respectful Behavior: 

- Attendees and vendors are expected to treat all vendors, event staff, and fellow attendees with respect and courtesy.

 - Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. 

2. Compliance with Event Policies: 

- Attendees and vendors must adhere to all event policies and guidelines. 

- This includes any restrictions on photography, outside food and beverages, and other specific rules set by the organizers 

3. Admission and Ticketing: 

- Attendees and vendors should have a valid ticket for admission, if applicable, if wristbands are given at an OUI event, they must be placed appropriately and immediately upon entry as well as worn for the entirety of the event. Wristbands may NOT be shared. 

- Unauthorized entry or sharing of event access is not allowed. 

4. No-Show Policy: 

- If attendees RSVP or purchase tickets in advance, they are expected to attend the event 

- Late arrivals should be mindful of any time restrictions or specific entry requirements. 5. Children and Pets:

 - If children are allowed, attendees must supervise them at all times, or if children are placed in OUI Kid’s Korner, a parent must be accessible to contact at all times. 

- Any specific rules regarding children should be followed. - Pets are not allowed, unless they are certified and designated service animals. 

6. Security and Bag Checks: 

- Attendees and vendors may be subject to security checks upon entry.

 - Bringing prohibited items, such as weapons or alcohol into the venue is not allowed. 

7. Cleanliness and Environment: 

- Attendees and vendors are responsible for keeping the event space clean. 

- Proper disposal of trash and adherence to recycling guidelines may be encouraged. 

8. Alcohol: 

- OUI Events are open to all community members, however, we do require that our faith and beliefs are always respected by all, therefore, NO Alcohol allowed. 

- Disorderly conduct related to alcohol consumption will NOT be tolerated and will be escorted off the premises and may lead to a ban from future events. 

9. Health and Safety

- Attendees and vendors should be aware of emergency exits and follow any safety instructions provided by event staff. 

- Compliance with health guidelines, such as mask-wearing during pandemics, may be required. 

10. Photography and Filming: 

- Attendees and vendors may be required to seek permission before taking photographs or recording videos. 

- Respect for the privacy of other attendees and vendors is crucial. 

11. Lost and Found: 

- Attendees and vendorsshould report any lost items to event staff and check with the designated lost and found area for any misplaced belongings. 

12. Feedback and Complaints: 

- Attendees and vendors are encouraged to provide feedback to event organizers, but this should be done in a constructive manner. 

- Any complaints or issues should be brought to the attention of event staff for resolution. 

13. Social and Environmental Responsibility: 

- Attendees and vendors may be encouraged to adopt environmentally friendly practices, such as recycling and reducing waste. 

- Respect for the local community and environment is emphasized. 

It's important for attendees and vendors to review any rules or guidelines provided by event organizers before attending a bazaar or OUI event.
